¡Hola y bienvenidos! (Hello and welcome)! I’m Holly and I love to teach! My main focus since 1983 has been tutoring individuals and small groups, from high school level through adult students. I also serve as a bilingual interpreter for hospitals, psychologist’s offices, and government facilities.
Students consistently sense my deep and abiding faith in their potential. For 39 years, my nurturing support has given countless students the confidence and enthusiasm to strive for Spanish language fluency. Tutoring sessions are customized to the individual strengths and learning style of each student, keeping the learning sessions light-hearted and interesting.
I not only enjoy helping more gifted students achieve their goals, I welcome both the challenges and the rewards of working with students verging on failing their classes. I am sensitive to the needs of students with learning challenges such as ADD/ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia, learning disorders, eating disorders, and language processing disorders.
